How it works: from first call to your first booking

1. You call, or you send the form

   A real person reads it and gets back to you shortly. If you left a phone number we will call, because ten minutes on the phone beats a week of emails.

2. We ask about your market, not your budget

   Where you would run it, what already exists near you, what you would tow it with, and what kind of events you want to chase.

   A market with two schools, a church camp and no game truck within forty miles points somewhere different from one where somebody already runs weekends.

   That determines which model makes sense far more than what you think you want to spend. If a smaller trailer is the right answer, we will say so.

3. You get a real number in writing

   Model, options, total. Every option is quoted in writing before anything gets built. You will never receive an invoice with a number on it you have not already agreed to.

4. The deposit starts the build

   60 percent of the total to start. The balance is due on delivery. Your build date is set when the deposit lands.

   Right after the deposit you receive a welcome packet. Once we have it back, you start working with our graphics designer on your exterior wrap.

   Changes after that may be possible depending on where the build is and what the change is, so ask early.

5. The build: typically 12 to 16 weeks

   Most builds run 12 to 16 weeks from deposit to delivery. It depends on what is already in production when you order, and we confirm your dates with you before anything is signed.

   The build happens in our own shop in Tampa, Florida, by our own crew.

   Frame.

   Bare welded steel on its axles. This is where the build either holds up for ten years or it does not.

   

   Walls and wiring.

   Close to 1,500 feet of wiring and cabling, the breaker box, power, sound and lighting, everything that disappears behind the finish. Done once and done right, because all of it has to survive being towed every day.

   

   Fit out.

   Screens, consoles, seating, the three-dimensional ceiling, air conditioning, and the suede-feel or vinyl walls in your choice of 25 colors.

   

   Wrap.

   A full 360 degree custom exterior wrap in your branding, not ours.

   

   Twelve to sixteen weeks is a long time to hear nothing, so we do not do that. Ask for progress photos and we will send them. If you want to come and see it on the floor, call and we will find a time. It is your trailer; you are allowed to watch it get built.

6. Your trailer gets photographed

   A professional shoot before it leaves us, so you start with real images of your own unit instead of borrowing ours.

7. Delivery day

   You pay the balance and the trailer is yours.

   Collect in Tampa.

   Most owners hitch up here. Every model rides on a ball hitch. The Mini Adventurer tows behind most SUVs and half-tons, and the Gamers Paradise wants a properly equipped half-ton pickup. Some half-tons can pull a Gamers Utopia and some cannot, depending on the year, the model and how the truck is equipped. Check your rating against the top of our weight range, not the bottom, before delivery day.

   Or we help arrange shipping.

   At your cost, and not in the price. Shipping can only be quoted about two weeks before delivery, once the final weight and your route are known.

8. Handover: we train you on the rig and the business

   We set aside a full day, at our facility in Tampa, Florida. Typically it takes a few hours before you are comfortable, because we are standing in your actual gaming theater pressing buttons.

   We go through power, screens, consoles, lighting, sound, and what to check before every event. Then pricing, marketing, social, where the bookings come from and which events are worth chasing.

   Most owners come to Tampa for handover day, hitch up and drive home. Plenty do not, and that is fine.

   If you would rather not travel, we do the training remotely with video calls and recorded walkthroughs you keep. A lot of owners prefer that.

   The reason is that a video you can rewatch at four on a Saturday afternoon beats something you were shown once in March.

   Either way, the balance and the title change hands at handover. If you have arranged transportation for the trailer, we help coordinate it. None of the training costs extra.

9. Your first booking

   Every event puts your unit in front of the families who are there. That might be twenty at a birthday party, or fifty at a school day.

   In this business that is not a marketing channel, it is the marketing channel. Saturday is a birthday party, Tuesday can be an after-school program, Friday a corporate family day.

   And you can still call us: technical questions go to the people who built your trailer, not a call center.
