Cost and financing
Video game truck financing, and what one actually costs
Straight answer first. We do not sell financing, we do not broker it and we do not take a cut from anyone who does. What we do is publish our prices, so you walk into any lender conversation already knowing the real number.

What a video game truck costs
Prices are published, not quoted after a phone call. Every number below is a starting point for a turnkey build, and anything you add on top is quoted in writing before we build it.
- Mini Adventurer. 16 ft interior, 12 gamers inside, up to 20 with exterior stations. From $54,950 turnkey.
- Gamers Paradise. 20 ft interior, up to 24 gamers at once. From $62,950 turnkey.
- Gamers Utopia. 24 ft interior, up to 32 gamers at once. From $69,950 turnkey.
- Virtual Reality builds. From $47,950.
- Custom builds. Museums, marketing trailers, mobile storefronts, exhibit rigs. Quoted to the idea.
What is not in the price
Nothing hidden, because there is nothing recurring. There are no franchise fees and no royalties, ever. You own the trailer, the logo, the colors, the branding and every dollar the business makes. That is the single largest difference between buying a gaming theater and buying into a franchise, and it compounds every year you operate. Over five years it is not a rounding error, it is a second trailer.
How owners actually pay for one
Some buy outright. Some use business credit they already have. Most work with an equipment lender they picked themselves, because a gaming theater is a titled trailer packed with equipment, and that is a category lenders already know how to price.
Plenty of companies in this industry will happily hand you a lender and collect a fee for the introduction. We do not, and we think that is worth saying out loud. You get a better deal shopping your own financing than taking whoever a manufacturer is paid to recommend.
If you want to talk through the numbers before you speak to anybody, call us. We will tell you what these things really cost to run, including the parts nobody advertises.
Common questions
Does Premier Gaming Trailers offer financing?
No, and that is deliberate. We do not originate loans, we do not broker them, and we do not take a referral fee from any lender. That means nobody here has a reason to steer you toward one option over another, and the price of your gaming theater is exactly the same however you pay for it.
How do most owners pay for a gaming theater?
Three ways, roughly. Some buy outright. Some use business credit they already have. Most work with an equipment lender of their own choosing, because a gaming theater is a titled trailer full of equipment and that is a category lenders understand well.
Is a video game trailer treated as equipment by lenders?
Usually, yes. It is a physical, titled asset that holds value, which is the thing a lender cares about. How any individual lender classifies it, and what they will offer, is between you and them.
Does the price change if I finance it?
No. The published price is the published price. There is no cash discount and no finance markup, because we are not part of the transaction between you and a lender.
Can options be included, or only the base build?
Options are part of the build, so they are part of the invoice. We quote every option in writing before anything gets built, which gives you one clean number to work from rather than a moving target.
Are there ongoing fees once I own it?
None from us, ever. No franchise fees and no royalties. You own the trailer, the logo, the colors, the branding and every dollar the business makes.
Premier Gaming Trailers is not a lender, a broker or a financial advisor, and nothing on this page is financial advice. Talk to your own lender and your own accountant about what makes sense for your situation.
