What it costs
What does one actually cost, all in?
Starting prices are on the page. Mini Adventurer from $54,950, Gamers Paradise from $62,950, Gamers Utopia from $69,950, all turnkey. Racing simulator and VR builds from $47,950. Custom builds are quoted to the idea.
Before we build yours, you get a spec sheet that lists everything included and one out-the-door total, in writing.
What is not included in the price?
Shipping, if you do not collect in Tampa. Insurance, which is yours to arrange. That is it. There is nothing recurring: no franchise fees, no royalties, no support subscription, ever.
Is there a deposit? What is the payment schedule?
60 percent to start the build, the balance on delivery.
Do you finance it?
No. We do not sell, broker or refer financing and we take no fee for it. Owners use their own bank, a business loan, an SBA loan or an equipment lender of their choosing.
The price is the same however you pay.
Are there any fees after I buy it?
None from us, ever. You own the trailer, the logo, the colors, the branding, the customer list and every dollar the business makes.
Do you offer a discount for military, first responders or educators?
Yes, active or retired. If you serve or have served, if you are a first responder, or if you teach, tell us when you call.
The amount depends on the build, and it comes off the same published price everyone else pays.
Every starting price, side by side with the specs, on the three mobile video game trucks. What each option costs is quoted in writing, and the list is on the options page.

How the build goes
How long from deposit to delivery?
Most builds run 12 to 16 weeks from deposit to delivery. It depends on what is already in production when you order, and we confirm your dates with you before anything is signed.
Where is it built? Who builds it?
In our own shop in Tampa, Florida. We weld the frame, run the wiring and finish the interior ourselves, from bare steel frame to handover. That is why the hundredth one comes out like the first.
Can I see one before I buy?
By appointment, yes. There is not always a finished unit on site, because everything is built to order, so call first. You can also walk through sixteen finished builds in 3D right now.
What is standard on every trailer?
One console per screen. Three screens inside a Mini Adventurer, four in a Gamers Paradise, five in a Gamers Utopia. Exterior screens go up to two, two and three respectively.
Two speakers at every screen, angled to put each gamer in their own cocoon of sound. The volume at each screen is controlled on its own.
Every group plays a different game without shouting over each other. 7.5 ft interior height. A portable generator sized to your build, with wheels and remote start. Shore power. Seating for four at every screen.
Trailer brakes on both axles. Air conditioning sized to the trailer. A full 360 degree custom wrap in your branding. A three-dimensional ceiling. Beams spaced for the biggest screens. 25 interior colors.
Suede-feel textile or wipe-clean vinyl walls, never carpet. Heating is an option. Full list on the options page.
What options do people actually add?
Exterior TVs first, because they let you take bookings you would otherwise turn down. Then an onboard generator, stabilizer jacks and backup lights.
Then a second thing to sell: karaoke or a rock stage on the trailer. It can also be laser tag or bumper balls to take to the event, or a racing simulator station.
Seventeen options in all, each quoted in writing.
How is it delivered, and what does delivery cost?
You collect in Tampa, or we help arrange shipping at your cost. Shipping is not in the price and can only be quoted about two weeks before delivery, once the final weight and route are known.
Can I customize the wrap and branding?
Yes. A full 360 degree wrap in your branding is standard. You own the logo, the colors and the name.
Can I change options after I order?
Often, depending on where the build is and what the change is, so ask early.
Right after your deposit you get a welcome packet, and once we have it back you start on the exterior wrap with our graphics designer. That is the first thing to lock.

Running the business
How much can it earn?
We do not publish earnings, because we do not know your market or how hard you will work it. The calculator on the home page lets you put in your own events, prices and margin.
Premier Gaming Trailers doesn't promise or guarantee any level of income. What a gaming theater business earns depends on your market, your pricing, and how hard you work it.
How many parties a month does an active owner do?
It depends on the owner, and on whether they run it full time, part time, weekends only or around the holidays.
Two events is an average Saturday, three is a good one, four is a long day. We do not publish an average, because there is not one.
What do owners charge per party?
Owners tell us roughly $449 for a two-hour party in the Southeast, $549 on the West Coast and $599 in the Northeast. Two hours is the usual minimum and you set the price.
Extra hours typically run $99 to $149 an hour depending on the market. Schools and corporate typically pay the same rates, and if an event needs an extra staff member owners typically add about $100.
These are owner-reported figures, not ours.
What does it cost to run per month?
It depends most on whether you run it yourself or pay someone to. Beyond labor, these are typical figures owners report, not a quote.
The generator costs about $1.00 to $1.50 an hour to run, and maintenance about $25 to $35 per 100 hours of use.
Games cost about $100 to $200 a month depending on the owner, and storage about $100 to $150 a month. Insurance and fuel for your tow vehicle are yours to price locally.
Do I need employees?
Not for the party itself. Every console, switch, light and volume control sits in one rack at the front, so one person runs the whole thing.
Owners typically add help when they add a second unit, not before.
Who books these?
Birthday parents, mostly weekend afternoons, ages seven to fifteen, booking two to four weeks out. Schools and after-school programs on weekday afternoons, paying by invoice. Corporate family days and holiday parties.
Churches, camps and youth groups in summer. Block parties, festivals and grand openings, often flat-rate.

Towing, power and the practical questions
How much does a gaming trailer weigh, and what do I need to tow it?
A Mini Adventurer runs 5,000 to 6,500 lbs depending on how it is configured. It sits on two axles rated 5,200 lbs each, with a GVWR of 10,400 lbs.
A Gamers Paradise is 6,000 to 8,000 lbs on the same axles and the same GVWR. A Gamers Utopia is 7,500 to 9,500 lbs on two 7,000 lb axles, with a GVWR of 14,000 lbs.
Every model rides on a ball hitch with brakes on both axles. The Mini Adventurer tows behind most SUVs and half-tons.
A Gamers Paradise wants a properly equipped half-ton pickup, an F-150 or Silverado 1500 for example.
Some half-ton pickups can pull a Gamers Utopia and some cannot: it depends on the year, the model and how the truck is equipped.
Check your vehicle's tow rating against the top of our weight range for the model you want, not the bottom. Then tell us what you drive so we can tell you honestly.
Do I need a special license?
No special license is needed to tow a trailer like this. Rules vary by state, so check yours.
What insurance do I need?
Insurance is yours to arrange; we do not sell or arrange it. Owners typically insure the trailer itself and carry a general liability policy. Your own agent can tell you what that costs in your state.
Where do I park it?
Most owners use a storage facility between events.
How is it powered?
Two ways. A portable generator sized to your build, with wheels and remote start, comes with every gaming theater.
And every unit plugs into a standard wall outlet, so venues that will not allow a generator stay bookable.
How many people fit inside?
Mini Adventurer: 12 inside, up to 20 with exterior stations. Gamers Paradise: up to 24. Gamers Utopia: up to 32.
Does it have air conditioning and heat?
Air conditioning sized to the trailer is standard. The Mini Adventurer and Gamers Paradise get one unit; the Gamers Utopia gets two, independently controlled. Heating is an option.
What consoles and how many TVs?
50 inch 4K smart TVs, one console per screen, newest generation, and you choose the mix. Mini Adventurer three screens inside, up to two more outside. Gamers Paradise four inside, up to two more outside.
Gamers Utopia five inside, up to three more outside. On every model, one console per screen is standard, up to two more per screen.
Exterior TVs add four players per screen on any model, and there is seating for four at every screen.
How tall is it inside?
7.5 ft, floor to ceiling, on every model. Nearly a foot taller than the usual build. We publish our standard interior height. Ask any builder for theirs.

After it is delivered
What happens the day it arrives?
We set aside a full day, at our facility in Tampa, Florida. Typically it takes a few hours before you are comfortable, because we are standing in your actual gaming theater pressing buttons.
We cover power, screens, consoles, lighting, sound, what to check before every event, then pricing, marketing and where the bookings come from. Most owners come to Tampa for handover day, hitch up and drive home.
Plenty do not, and that is fine. If you would rather not travel, we do the training remotely with video calls and recorded walkthroughs you keep. A lot of owners prefer that.
The reason is that a video you can rewatch at four on a Saturday afternoon beats something you were shown once in March.
Either way the balance and the title change hands at handover, and if you have arranged transportation for the trailer we help coordinate it.
What if something breaks?
Call us during the week and the person who answers built your trailer. Most issues are power, a loose connection or a setting, and they get solved on the phone.
For anything physical we walk you through the repair or source the part.
We are not available at weekends, so we build with components you can replace locally rather than proprietary parts only we can sell you. That is what keeps a Saturday problem from becoming a Monday problem.
Do you help me market it?
Yes. A professional photo shoot of your unit before it leaves us. Business training at handover: pricing, marketing, social, which events are worth chasing. And if you ask for one, a website in your own branding.
It is only built if you ask, so tell us during the build.
Can I talk to current owners?
If you want references, ask. We can usually put you in touch with owners.

Who you are buying from
Who are you, and how long have you done this?
Premier Gaming Trailers, Tampa, Florida. We were owner-operators first. We could not find a trailer that held up to a real booking schedule, so we built our own. Then other operators asked us to build theirs.
More than a hundred built since 2015, including work for Fortune 500 clients. We still run one or two of these ourselves, depending on the season.
Where are your trailers running?
The United States, Canada, Mexico and South Africa. Walk through sixteen of them in 3D on the owners page.
Why not a franchise?
Because you would pay fees and royalties forever for a name and a rulebook. With us you own the trailer, the name, the customer list and every dollar. No franchise fees, no royalties, ever.
Why buy from you and not build my own?
It is a lot more involved than it looks. Each trailer carries close to 1,500 feet of wiring and cabling. Every part of it has to survive being towed every day: potholes, curbs, vibration, heat.
A build that works in the driveway and fails on the road costs you bookings. That is what a hundred builds teach you.
Worth asking us and everyone else: the sixteen questions to ask any gaming trailer manufacturer.
Wondering what happens after delivery? The training you get at handover, and the support that carries on afterwards.
Still have a question?
Ask it, and you will get a straight answer
If the answer is no, or it depends, or we do not know yet, that is what you will hear.
