Privacy policy

This policy says what we collect when you use buyagamingtruck.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We wrote it to be read.
Who we are
This site is run by 972 Holdings Group LLC, doing business as Premier Gaming Trailers, in Tampa, Florida. We build gaming trailers.

What you give us
When you send the contact form, or ask for the 2026 Investment Guide, you give us:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your state. If you choose "Outside the US", you also tell us your country.
- Optionally, when you are looking to get started.
- Optionally, which trailer you are interested in.
- Anything you write in the message box. You choose what goes in it, so please do not put anything sensitive there.
What we record when you send a form
When you send a form, we record the following. We keep a record of your inquiry, for example in our email and in our own systems.
- The time it arrived and a random lead ID. The lead ID is a made-up code. It holds no personal information.
- Everything you typed, as listed above.
- Your IP address, the page address you came from, and your browser's identification string.
- Where the visit came from, which your browser keeps and sends along with the form: the page you first arrived at, the site that sent you, any campaign or advertising details in the address you arrived by (such as a Google Ads click ID, campaign, keyword or source), your device type, the pages you viewed here in order, how many times you have visited, when you first visited, and how many seconds you were on the site before you sent the form. We use this to learn which advertising and searches bring people who are really interested. A person reads it. It is never used to make automated decisions about you.
If a submission is stopped by our spam checks, we log the submission, your IP address and your browser's identification string so that we can tell spam from real people.
The 2026 Investment Guide
When you ask for the 2026 Investment Guide, we record when the PDF is downloaded and when the web version is opened, and which sections of the web version are viewed. We tie those records to your inquiry with the random lead ID, and we may store a scrambled version of your browser's identification string rather than the string itself. We use this to help our team follow up with you. When you first download the guide or open the web version, we send ourselves an email that includes your contact details and your inquiry.
What we collect automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, which buttons and 3D tours are opened and for how long, and general information about your device, browser and approximate location taken from your IP address.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use pages, such as where they tap or click and how they scroll, so we can fix what confuses people. Clarity may record how a page looks while you use it. Microsoft explains how it handles information in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Your browser also keeps the visit details described above in its own storage on your device. They are not sent to us until you send a form, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to see which of our ads lead to an inquiry. We may also use Google Ads remarketing, which means ads for Premier Gaming Trailers can be shown to people who have visited this site before.
You can control this:
- Turn off personalized ads in Google's Ads Settings.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
Security and spam protection
The site is served through Cloudflare. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a human check that runs when you send it. Turnstile and Cloudflare receive your IP address and browser details when they do their job. The site runs over an encrypted connection. Nothing is perfectly secure, so please do not send financial or identity documents through the form.
3D tours and video
Our 3D tours are hosted by other companies. Tours load only when you tap to open one. Most are hosted by Matterport. Some are hosted on Amazon Web Services storage by the company that captured them. When you open a tour, that company receives your IP address and browser details, and what you do in the tour is governed by its own policy. Our video loads from YouTube only if you press play.
How we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on your inquiry.
- To keep our records of inquiries and sales.
- To understand how the site is used and fix what is not working.
- To measure our advertising.
- To keep the form free of spam and protect the site.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work. They include, for example:

We also use other service providers for things like email, scheduling, automation and keeping track of customer inquiries. They receive only what they need to do that work.
The 3D tour hosts and YouTube, described above, receive technical details only when you open what they host. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information only as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up on your inquiry. If you buy from us, we keep records of the sale as long as tax and other laws require.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it. Same address. We will do it unless we need to keep the information to follow the law or for a sale.
- Opt out of analytics. Use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Opt out of personalized ads. Use the Google and industry links in the Advertising section above.
- Clear what your browser keeps. Delete site data in your browser settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law. Contact us and we will honor any right that applies to you.
Children
This site is for adults buying business equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will change the effective date at the top. Please look at that date when you come back.
