Premier Gaming Trailers is a trading name of Premier Gaming Trailers LLC, which builds custom mobile gaming theaters in Tampa, Florida.

What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the state or region you would operate in. We also collect your timeline, which model interests you, and anything you write in the message box. You choose what to put in that box, so please do not include anything sensitive.
Information about how you reached us
The contact form also sends us, with your message, the page you were on and the page you first arrived at. It sends the site that referred you if any, the pages you viewed here, and when you first visited. It also sends any advertising identifiers in the address you arrived from (for example a Google Ads click ID or campaign name). We do that so we know which advertising and which search terms bring people who are genuinely interested. This is stored in your browser for up to 90 days and is sent only when you submit the form. It is read by a person, never used to make automated decisions about you.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used. This includes pages viewed, how far you scroll, which buttons and 3D tours you open, and how long you spend in a tour. It also includes general information about your device, browser and approximate location from your IP address.
We do not send your name, email address or phone number to any analytics service. Behavior and identity are kept separate.
Why we collect it
- To reply to you. If you ask us about a gaming theater, we use your details to get back to you.
- To improve the site. Knowing which pages and tours people actually use tells us what to fix.
- To measure our advertising. So we can tell which ads bring people who are genuinely interested.
- To keep the form free of spam. A human check runs when you submit it.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information. We never rent or trade it. These service providers process data on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How long we keep it
Contact inquiries are kept for 36 months so we can follow up and answer questions about a build. After 36 months we delete them. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics property. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it. Same address. We will remove it unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Ask us to correct it. Same address.
- Opt out of analytics. Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
- Opt out of ad personalization. Use Google My Ad Center.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under Florida and other state privacy laws. Contact us and we will honor any right that applies to you.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use them to remember that a visit is one visit rather than several. We also use them to measure how the site performs and to understand which advertising works. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using this site.
Children
This site sells business equipment to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection. Inquiries are stored on our own server rather than with a third-party form service, and access is restricted. Nothing is perfectly secure, so please do not send us financial or identity documents through the contact form.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
