After you buy

Your gaming trailer manufacturer should not hand you the keys and wave goodbye

A trailer is the easy part. Knowing what to charge, how to get booked and what to do when something goes wrong at 4pm on a Saturday is the business. We have run two of these ourselves since 2015, and there are over a hundred owners ahead of you in four countries.

From the day you order to your first booking

Six things happen between the day you order and the day you take your first booking. None of them cost extra.

  1. Before delivery

    Your trailer gets photographed

A professional shoot before it leaves us, so you start with real images of your own unit instead of borrowing ours.

  2. If you want it

    We can build your website

Ask and we'll build you your own site, your branding, ready to take bookings from day one. Not a page on ours. It's not automatic, so tell us if you want one.

  3. Handover

We train you on the rig

Power, screens, consoles, lighting, sound, and what to check before every event. You leave able to run it alone.

  4. Handover

We train you on the business

Pricing, marketing, social, where the bookings come from and which events are worth chasing.

  5. Ongoing

    You can still call us

Technical questions go to the people who built your trailer. Not a call center, not a ticket queue.

  6. Ongoing

    Other owners

Over a hundred units running in four countries. Somebody has already solved whatever you've run into.

One person runs the whole party from a single rack at the front. No second wage at every booking.

What a manufacturer owes you after the invoice clears

Most of this industry treats the handover as the finish line. We were owner-operators before we were fabricators, so we know the first ninety days are where a new owner either builds a business or buys an expensive hobby.

The people who answer built your trailer

Not a ticket queue and not an outsourced support desk. If a screen stops talking to a console on a Saturday afternoon, you are calling the shop that wired it.

Marketing help, not a marketing upsell

Where the bookings actually come from, what to charge in your market, which events are worth chasing and which ones waste a weekend. Included, because a booked owner is our best advertisement.

Photos of your unit, not ours

A professional shoot before your trailer leaves us. You launch with real images of your own build instead of borrowing somebody else's.

A hundred owners ahead of you

Over a hundred units running in four countries since 2015. Whatever you have run into, somebody has already solved it and we can put you in touch.

Parts you can actually source

We build with components you can replace locally rather than proprietary parts only we can sell you. There is no captive parts business here.

Nothing recurring, forever

No franchise fees, no royalties, no support subscription. Support is part of what you already paid for.

The people who answer your call on a Saturday afternoon are the people who wired your trailer.

Not a call center · not a ticket queue

Common questions

How long does support last after I buy?

There is no expiry and no support contract. You bought a trailer from the people who built it, and that does not stop being true after a year.

Do you charge for the training?

No. Rig training and business training are both part of the handover. You leave able to run the unit alone and with a plan for getting booked.

Will you really build me a website?

If you ask for one, yes, with your own branding rather than a page on ours. It is not automatic though, so tell us you want it.

What if something breaks at an event?

Call us. Most issues at a party are power, a loose connection or a setting, and they get solved on the phone. For anything physical we walk you through the repair or source the part.

Ask us anything

What it costs, how long the build takes, what the first ninety days really look like. No script, nobody chasing you afterwards.
