Figures on this site are projections, not promises

Any earnings figure anywhere on this site, including the calculator on the home page, is an illustration built from numbers you choose.

It is arithmetic on your own inputs. It is not a promise, a prediction, a forecast or a representation of what you or anyone else will earn.

These are projections based on assumptions you choose, not reported owner results. Premier Gaming Trailers doesn't promise or guarantee any level of income. What a gaming theater business earns depends on your market, your pricing, and how hard you work it.

Where we quote what owners charge or what owners report spending, we say so and we label it as owner-reported. Those are other people's figures, given to us informally, not a survey and not audited.

Do your own homework

Buying a trailer and starting a business are decisions worth checking with people who work for you. Before you buy, research your own market.

Then speak to your own accountant, your own lender, your own insurer and your own attorney about your own situation.

Specifications depend on how your trailer is configured

Capacities, screen counts, seating, weights and equipment shown on this site describe what a model can be built to do. What yours actually has depends on how it is configured.

Before anything gets built you receive a written quote and a spec sheet listing what is included in your build.

That document is the one that governs your order. Where the site and your written quote differ, your quote is correct.

Photographs and 3D tours show trailers we built for other owners. They are examples of our work, not a description of the unit you will receive.

Prices

Prices shown are starting prices for a turnkey build of that model. Options are quoted in writing before anything is built. Shipping and insurance are not included.

The price that applies to you is the one in your written quote, and it does not change after we send it.

We do not arrange financing

We do not sell financing, we do not broker it, we do not refer it, and we take no fee from any lender.

How you pay is your business and the price is the same either way. Any lender you use is a relationship between you and them, and we are not part of it.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Those laws apply without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of Hillsborough County, Florida are the venue for any dispute.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amounts you have actually paid to Premier Gaming Trailers.

That limit covers liability arising out of your use of this site or of any agreement with us.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. That includes liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have as a consumer under Florida law.

The site itself

We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability. We correct mistakes when we find them or when somebody tells us about one.
